Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We do no accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any cosmetics, including lip glosses, lip liners, and eyelashes once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery with the following : Your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging via sms or email.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. 

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchased. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longe possible.
